Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 May 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement. Further to the announcement dated 9 May 2022, HLIB wishes to announce on behalf of the Board the additional information for the Proposals is as follows: The rationale for the Transfer of Properties As part of conditions precedent of the SSA pursuant to the Proposed Disposal, the Purchasers require LSSPI to dispose the Subject Properties on completion. As such, SCGM has entered into the SPA in order to transfer the Subject Properties from LSSPI to the Company.
