For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements made on 13 August 2020, 12 November 2020, 12 May 2021, 12 August 2021, 12 November 2021 and 11 February 2022.

Further to the Company's announcements, pertaining to the MOU made between the Company with Jiangsu Suzhong Construction Group Co, Ltd  and China Tianying Inc to record their understanding relating to the cooperation, construction and operation of the Integrated Waste to Energy Industrial Park Facility propose to be established in Kedah, Malaysia, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU announced previously.
