The Board of Directors of Crescendo Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming  Twenty-sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company for the renewal of authority to purchase and/or hold up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2016, the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and any prevailing laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines and requirements issued by any relevant authority at the time of purchase and subject to the availability of retained profits of the Company.

A statement to shareholders in relation to the abovementioned proposal will be issued in due course.
