The Board of Directors of Kim Loong Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Forty-seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company for the renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements fo Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

A circular to shareholders in relation to the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature will be issued in due course.
