Reference is made to the Company’s Circular to Shareholders dated 23 April 2021 in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for RRPT (“Circular”).
The Company had at its 26th Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2021, obtained a mandate from its shareholders to enter into the RRPT which are necessary for its day-to-day operations.
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT below has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the Circular by more than 10%:
The Actual Value has exceeded the Estimated Value by more than 10% as at 13 May 2022 due to the increased sales during the validity period of the mandate.
