YINSON - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 858,365,418 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN YHB ("YHB SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARES") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM1.41 PER RIGHTS SHARE TOGETHER WITH UP TO 367,870,893 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN YHB ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 2 RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING YHB SHARES HELD AND 3 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 7 RIGHTS SHARES HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 27 MAY 2022 ("RIGHTS ISSUE")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted Ex-Right Issue” as from: 26 May 2022
2)    The last date of lodgment : 27 May 2022
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct <2/7>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/7>,, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks :
The Abridged Prospectus and the accompanying Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form relating to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to Shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 27 May 2022 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") who have provided our share registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.

The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) made to comply with the laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction and are not intended to be (and will not be) lodged, registered or approved under any legislation (or with or by any regulatory authorities or other relevant bodies) of any foreign country or jurisdiction. The Rights Issue will not be made or offered for subscription in any foreign country or jurisdiction.

Entitled Shareholders who are without an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the share registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
