The Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 13 May 2022 as the Requisite Consents under the Principal Agreement has been fulfilled and the Vendor has received the balance of the Purchase Price amounting to RM39,150,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty-Nine Million One Hundred and Fifty Thousand) only.
