Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 6 November 2019 wherein it was announced that Iqzan was classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) as it has triggered the criteria prescribed under Paragraph 2.1 (d) of PN17.

On behalf of the Board of Iqzan, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 May 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of approximately six (6) months until 30 November 2022 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the regularisation plan in due course.
