The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Previous Proposals and Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Previous Proposals dated 30 August 2021 and 14 October 2021 and the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals dated 29 March 2022, 14 April 2022 and 12 May 2022. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements, GETS must issue the circular in relation to the Proposals within 14 market days after receipt of Bursa Securities' confirmation that it has no further comments. In view of the above and on behalf of the Board, UOBKH had, on 18 May 2022, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to issue the circular pertaining to the Proposals to its shareholders.
