For consistency, all abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 18 February 2022 and 14 March 2022, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.


Further to the Company’s announcements made on 18 February 2022 and 24 March 2022, the Company's solicitors, Messrs Vanaja, Allison & Jee had notified the Company that during the case management held today, the Court has fixed another case management on 2 June 2022 for the parties to update the Court regarding the status of the judicial management proceedings. The winding-up petition is now fixed for hearing on 29 June 2022.


Further development(s) on the above matter will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
