The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that Signature Distribution Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIGN (“SDSB”) had on 20 May 2022, signed Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the following 8 brand partners to strengthen the strategic collaboration between SDSB and the brand partners by pooling their respective expertise to enhance the marketing and promotional activities for the purpose of providing home and living customised solutions:-

  1. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd.;
  2. Syarikat Yoong Onn Sdn. Bhd.;
  3. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd.;
  4. Rigel Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.;
  5. Intrix Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd.;
  6. Fernex Sdn. Bhd.;
  7. Crystalace Deco Sdn. Bhd.; and
  8. Teka Kuchentechnik (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
