Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10 May 2022, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Court has fixed 23 August 2022 for further Case Management pending outcome of the Federal Court Application for Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court by STAR following dismissal of their appeal at the Court of Appeal against dismissal of their Order 14A application. The Court also fixed trial dated on 4 March 2024, 5 March 2024, 6 March 2024, 7 March 2024 and 8 March 2024.
The Company will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
