The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Group achieved double-digit growth in its first quarter ended 31 March 2022 (1Q22) as revenue jumped 24.3% to RM17.3 million from RM14.0 million on higher take-up from banks and large corporations.

The improved revenue was led by a 15.9% rise year-on-year from the solutions and services segment to RM14.8 million, complemented by hardware sales improving 117.0% year-on-year to RM2.5 million.

In line with the commendable 1Q22 performance, the Company declared a second interim dividend of 0.30 sen per ordinary share to be paid on 16 June 2022 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
