The Board of Directors of KRONO wishes to inform that KRONO intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later:-
(a) Proposed Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of its total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"); and
(b) Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”).
The Proposed Amendments is primarily to enhance administrative efficiency of the Company.
The Annual Report 2022 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments and a Statement to Shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
