We refer to the Company’s Announcements. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Malacca Securities wish to announce that the Company and the Vendors had, on 24 May 2022, entered into the fourth amended and restated share sale agreement (“Fourth Amended and Restated SSA”) to amend and vary certain terms of the SSA.
