Ms. Carolyn Kam started her career in 1988 as an Audit Senior with Cohen, Arnold & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom.

Upon her return to Malaysia in 1992, she started as Finance & Administration Manager at Paramount Malaysia Sdn Bhd and progressed to Group Financial Controller at KYM Holdings Berhad in 1996. 

Ms. Kam joined Amway (Malaysia) Holdings Berhad as Financial Controller in 2001. She then joined GSF Pacific Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd, an American multinational company, as Director of Finance & Supply Chain in 2003. 

In 2008, she joined LF Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Li & Fung Trading, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with businesses spanning contract manufacturing of food & beverages, 3rd party logistics and distribution of FMCG and medical devices. Ms. Kam served as General Manager, Finance and subsequently Senior Vice President, Manufacturing.

In 2014, Ms. Kam assumed the position of Senior Vice President, Operations in the Hong Kong office of Li & Fung Trading. She was instrumental in streamlining the processes in the Global Apparel and Footwear Sourcing Teams across Hong Kong, Southern China, Italy and New York.

Ms. Kam retired in 2019 and currently involved in social communities endeavours.
