All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by SFP Tech Holdings Berhad dated 26 May 2022.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 May 2022 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 2 June 2022 or for such further period or periods as the Directors of SFP Tech in their absolute discretion may decide. 

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia.
