Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 29.1.2021, 2.2.2021, and 2.6.2021 in relation to the Letter of Award issued by KDN with regards to the Project known as National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) to IITS.
Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board wishes to inform that IITS has executed the NIISe Contract dated 25 May 2022 with KDN.
The salient terms of the NIISe Contract are based on the Letter of Award and Supplemental Letter of Award issued by KDN of which the details have been previously announced in the Company’s earlier announcements dated 29.1.2021 and 2.6.2021.
