On behalf of Carzo, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 May 2022, noted that such number of new Carzo Shares, representing up to 10% of the total number of issued Carzo Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the SIS Options under the Proposed SIS will be listed during the duration of the Proposed SIS.
