The Board of Directors of Volcano Berhad ("Company") has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company and its subsidiaries (Group) from 31 December to 30 June. With the change of financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements of the Group shall cover a period of 18 months from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023. The change of financial year end is to facilitate better management of resources for financial reporting of the Group.
