The application form in relation to the entitlement to the Entitled Shareholders of Tomei and the Prospectus in CD-ROM format (contents of which will be in printable format) have been despatched on 30 May 2022 by ordinary post to all Entitled Shareholders of Tomei based on their respective address shown in the Record of Depositors as at 24 May 2022 (being the Entitlement Date).
