We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of Digistar dated 5 April 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Share Consolidation has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 349,636,958 Consolidated Shares, 27,225,764 Consolidated Warrants B and 86,794,477 Consolidated Warrants C on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31 May 2022.
