| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Chew Shen Hoay has more than 20 years of experience in the financial, marketing and business sectors.
Prior joining Tanco Holdings Berhad ("THB"), she was involved in originating, structuring, implementation and monitoring various group financial and corporate affairs, business development and marketing, intellectual property and licensing, audit and internal control review and planning of local and international businesses, and as the liaison to the regulators and authorities.
She joined THB as the Group Financial Controller since 2018, leading and overseeing the Group's finance division and also has been involved in the due diligence, restructuring and corporate planning exercises. |
