| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Tai Qiyao started his career as an Enterprise Risk Management Executive in GIIB Rubber Compound Sdn. Bhd. ("GRCSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and his responsibility was to set up the Enterprise Risk Management framework in GRCSB and Big Wheel Green Tyres Sdn. Bhd. ("BWGT"). During his tenure with GRCSB, he established the risk management framework and conducted trainings in facilities within the group. He was then appointed as Head of Franchising of GRCSB and established the Supercool Franchise Program in Indonesia, Dubai, Philippines, Tanzania, Bahrain and Qatar, setting up tyre rethreading facilities in those countries. He has vast experience in operational and commercial aspects of the business. |
