(Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 1 June 2022.)

We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 1 June 2022 pertaining to the monthly PN 17 announcement, the Board of Directors of IQZAN (“the Board”) wishes to clarify that Malacca Securities had, on behalf of Iqzan on 17 May 2022, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of approximately six (6) months until 30 November 2022 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“Application”). As at the date of this announcement, the Application is pending the consideration and decision from Bursa Securities.

Save for the Application, there are no other material developments on the regularisation plan of Iqzan.
