We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of Digistar dated 5 April 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had, via its legal counsel, filed an application to the High Court of Malaya in relation to the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.
