Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sedania wishes to announce that the Company has offered the following options under Sedania’s ESOS which was effectively implemented on 16 November 2015 to the eligible director and employees of Sedania and its subsidiaries (“ESOS Options”) in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws of the ESOS. The details are set out below:
