| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of CSH Alliance Berhad (formerly known as KTG Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to announce that all of the resolutions as tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held today as per the Notice of the EGM dated 19 May 2022 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company. All of the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Mega Business Consultancy Division, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the results of the polling in respect of all resolutions of the EGM are set out below. This announcement is dated 3 June 2022. |
