On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.0420 each.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.0420 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0089 or 17.49% from the 5-day weighted average market price of G3 Global from 1 June 2022 to 8 June 2022 of RM0.0509 per Share.
