The Board of Directors of MBSB wishes to announce that Encik Aw Hong Boo has retired as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of MBSB Bank Berhad ("MBSB Bank") upon the conclusion of MBSB Bank's Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2022 pursuant to Article 66 of MBSB Bank's Constitution.

The Board of Directors  of MBSB pleased to announce that Datuk Johar bin Che Mat will be redesignated as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of MBSB Bank with effect from 9 June 2022.

The new Board composition of MBSB Bank Berhad effective 9 June 2022 will be as follows:-

1. Tan Sri Azlan bin Mohd Zainol - Chairman / Non-Independent Non-Executive Director ("NINED")
2. Encik Sazaliza bin Zainuddin - Non-Independent Executive Director
3. Datuk Johar bin Che Mat - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director (“SINED”)
4. Datuk Azrulnizam bin Abdul Aziz - Independent Non-Executive Director (“INED”)
5. Encik Kamarulzaman bin Ahmad - INED
6. Encik Arul Sothy Mylvaganam - INED
7.  Encik Ho Kwong Hoong - INED
