The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce that Pekat Solar Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pekat Teknologi Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 10 June 2022 accepted a letter of award from Hextar Chemicals Sdn Bhd to design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of 185.3kWp Grid Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) System using Net Energy Metering (NEM3.0) at the site location of Lot 5, Jln Perigi Nenas 7/3, Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, Kg. Perigi Nenas Pulau Indah, 42900, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor for a contract sum of RM728,312.00.
