We refer to the announcement made on 12 April 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company, Heng Chip Hian and Seniq Kinetic Sdn Bhd have on 9 June 2022 entered into a supplemental letter for the SSA to amend the Conditional Period for the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent to 5 months from the date of the SSA or such further period as may be mutually agreed by the Company and the Vendors in writing.
Save as disclosed above, all other terms of the SSA remain unchanged and shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
