The Company wishes to announce that the Appellant’s appeal against part of the High Court’s decision dated 13 October 2021 came up for hearing at the Court of Appeal earlier today. After hearing oral submissions from the parties’ respective counsel, the Court of Appeal had reserved its decision to be delivered on 18 August 2022.
