Snowfit's listing of and quotation for its entire issued share capital comprising 211,100,002 Shares is by way of introduction on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities and does not entail any fund-raising exercise. As such, the dates of opening, closing and balloting of application as well as allotment of shares are not applicable.
