(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 2 December 2021 in relation to the Agreement)

We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 2 December 2021 on the execution of the Research Services Agreement (“the Agreement”) by Herbitec (M) Sdn. Bhd.  (“Herbitec”), an indirect subsidiary of Tanco, with Universiti Malaysia (“UM”) for UM to undertake the Statement of Work titled: “EFFECT OF NODEN SUPPLEMENT AGAINST DENGUE INFECTION: A CLINICAL TRIAL STUDY”.

The Board of Directors of Tanco wishes to announce that at the request of UM, a Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement (“SA”) was duly executed by Herbitec and UM on 17 June 2022 to revise and amend some of the provisions in the Agreement.
