Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Infoline Tec Group Berhad dated 20 June 2022.
 
Applications for the IPO Shares will open at 10.00 a.m. on 20 June 2022 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 28 June 2022. In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia.
