We are pleased to announce that the NDX-C1 have expired at 9:00 a.m. on 20 June 2022 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount shall be an amount in the Settlement Currency (if greater than zero), calculated as follows:

The Settlement Level has been determined at 11,130.3900, being the final settlement price for the futures contracts over NDX scheduled to expire on 17 June 2022.
As the Settlement Level is less than the Exercise Level, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative. Warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
