Reference is made to the Appendix A of the Proposed Platinum Park Acquisition as attached in the announcement dated 3 January 2022 in relation to the Proposed Met 3 Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad is pleased to announce that on even date, Positive Sunland has entered into a supplemental agreement with Sovereign Towers and Profound Reliance Sdn Bhd (“Registered Proprietor”) to vary the terms of the Platinum Park SPA.
