Reference is made to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the IPO as disclosed in the Company’s Prospectus dated 19 June 2019, together with the announcement dated 1 October 2021 in relation to the variation of the utilisation of proceeds raised from the IPO.

The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors have deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining unutilised IPO proceeds allocated for business expansion and capital expenditure for an additional 12 months to up to 48 months from the date of listing (“Extension of Time”).
