We refer to the Company's announcements made on 18 November 2021, 19 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 28 December 2021, 7 January 2022, 17 February 2022, 7 March 2022, 21 March 2022, 1 April 2022 and 24 May 2022 in respect of the judicial management application filed by Maybank Islamic Berhad against its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd.

The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 20 June 2022, this matter came up for Hearing for the Originating Summons (“Enclosure 1”) and Tunai Impian Enterprise Sdn Bhd’s Intervene Application (“Enclosure 57”).

The next Case Management has been fixed on 4 July 2022 and the decision of Enclosure 1 and Enclosure 57 has been fixed on 25 July 2022.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
