Further to the announcement made on 23 May 2022, the Company wishes to inform that Givnflow Company Limited (“Givnflow”) has on 20 June 2022 obtained the confirmation letter dated 15 June 2022 from the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong Province Business Registration Office on the completion of the dissolution of Givnflow.
The dissolution is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Greenyield Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
