Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 September 2021 in relation to the voluntary winding-up of MTID, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSMH").
The Board of Directors of MSMH wishes to update that the winding-up exercise of MTID is expected to complete by 31 December 2022 instead of 30 June 2022 due to the lengthy procedures required by the local government of United Arab Emirates.
