Reference is made to the announcement of Leon Fuat Berhad ("LFB" or "Company") dated 2 January 2019 on the commencement of member’s voluntary winding-up of Asa Steel (M) Sdn Bhd (“Asa”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LFB.

The Company wishes to announce that Asa was dissolved after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and with the Official Receiver on 1 March 2022, pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
