Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 18 March 2022 and 31 March 2022 and 8 April 2022 and 20 April 2022 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in that Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Caely wishes to inform that, having heard the parties’ submissions, the Court had on 21 June 2022 allowed the several application for extension of time and made the following orders:-

1. That the 4th Defendant and 5th Defendant to file their affidavits on/or before 01 July 2022;
2. That the Plaintiff to file Affidavit in reply on or before 15 July 2022;
3. That all parties to file written submission in reply on or before 05 August 2022;
4. That all parties to file written submission in reply on or before 19 August 2022;
5. That a Zoom Hearing for all the enclosures set out in paragraph 8 above had been fixed on 26 August 2022 at 8 a.m. before the Judge.

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
