Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
We refer to the announcements dated 30 May 2022 and 3 June 2022 whereby M&A Securities had on behalf of the Company submitted an application to Bursa Securities to withdraw the additional listing application in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the revised additional listing application in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants-C and Proposed LTIP as well as the draft circular for the Proposals have been submitted to Bursa Securities.
