We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 10 June 2022, 9 June 2022 and 4 June 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of GIIB Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the court, during the first case management on 23 June 2022 directed the 1st Defendant to file his defence on or before 14 July 2022 and the Plaintiffs to file their reply to 1st Defendant’s defence on or before 28 July 2022. All interlocutory applications are to be filed within 4 weeks from 23 June 2022.
The court fixed 7 July 2022 for further case management for the Plaintiffs to update on the service of the Writ and Statement of Claim (“SOC”) to 6th Defendant.
Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
