We refer to the announcements dated 5 October 2021, 11 October 2021, 14 October 2021 and 31 March 2022 in relation to the Share Sale Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors' of MQ Tech wishes to announce that MQ Tech and Lee Khoon Eng  had mutually agreed to further extend the SSA Cut-Off Date from 25 June 2022 to 24 December 2022 for the parties to obtain/ fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the SSA.
