The Board of Directors of Supergenics wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the Fifth Annual General Meeting ("5th AGM") of the Company held on 24 June 2022 approved the appointment of Messrs. HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs. HLB AAC PLT and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.

Ordinary Resolution 5 on the appointment of auditors was approved by way of show of hands at the 5th AGM and the results is announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 24 June 2022.
