(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan dated 1 September 2020, 23 December 2020, 12, 14 and 22 January 2021, 18 March 2021, 31 May 2021, 13 August 2021, 1 and 10 September 2021, 12 and 29 November 2021 and 25 February 2022, 30 March 2022, 5 April 2022, 13 and 24 May 2022 (“Announcements”)).
We refer to the Company’s Announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Malacca Securities wish to announce that the Company and the Vendors had, on 27 June 2022, mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period to a period not later than 31 August 2022 to fulfill the Conditions Precedent pursuant to the SSA.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSA and all other instruments and agreements executed, delivered or entered into thereunder or pursuant thereto remain unchanged.
