On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that I Homes Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IUBI has on even date, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with 1st Avenue Mall Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a six-storey shopping mall known as “1st Avenue” for a cash consideration of RM153,000,000.
